SMS messaging terms and compliance
Our messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, customer support communications, and other service-related messages to customers who have requested services through the 1 Minute Mortgage website or forms and have explicitly opted in to SMS notifications.

SMS cancellation and support
You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent the message. We will confirm your unsubscribe status, after which no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. Message rates, frequency, carriers, and age
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the SMS program.

Privacy and SMS consent
For privacy-related questions, please review our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is collected through a dedicated checkbox, is optional, and is not required to receive services. We comply with applicable laws, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
